Buddhism

Understand the mind, suffering, impermanence, attachment, and awareness in practical everyday language.

Core Idea

Much suffering comes from clinging to things we cannot hold: outcomes, identity, control, comfort, and certainty.

Impermanence

Thoughts, feelings, fear, anger, and pain change. A difficult moment is not your permanent self.

Observe, Don’t Cling

You can notice a thought without obeying it. You can feel emotion without becoming emotion.

Practice

Pause. Breathe. Notice what you are clinging to. Ask: can I release this for one moment?

Simple Rule

Do not believe every thought. Watch it. Learn from it. Let it pass.
