Guitar, Voice & Breath

Creative discipline for guitar, singing, rhythm, breath control, and musical confidence.

“Play, sing, breathe, repeat — even if it is messy at first.”

Why This Works

Running supports breath control and stamina. Breath supports voice. Practice builds rhythm, coordination, and confidence.

Daily Breathing Drill

  • Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds
  • Hold for 2 seconds
  • Exhale on “ssss” for 8–12 seconds

Practice Rule
